Position: Screw Machine Setup/ Operator Job Type: Full Time Shift: 1st Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Pay: Location: Carpentersville IL.
Responsibility: - Operate equipment and make adjustments. - Use a variety of precision measuring equipment. - Remove, sharpen, and reset tooling as necessary. - Make equipment repairs, diagnose problems, rebuild major components, replace defective machine components. - Design and make new tooling. - Make fixtures as required. - Notify supervisor of unusual operating and equipment problems.
Requirement: - 2 years of screw machine or CNC experience required. - Prior experience with precision measuring instruments. - Ability to read and comprehend in English. - Ability to add and subtract.
